​I am a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. My work focuses on understanding the mechanics governing private equity and venture capital firms, specifically those related to debt contraction and value creation.

I earned my Bachelor's degree from Bocconi University in Italy and my Master's from the University of California Los Angeles.

I am currently co-organizing the ​Chicago Booth Finance Brownbag and the student-led Entrepreneurial Finance Reading Group. 

I keep a list of academic conferences in Entrepreneurial Finance, Private Equity and Venture Capital on my website.
